If you have further issues, please post in this thread so other mod users can help you figure out what the issue is or use the 50/50 Method (works for all versions of the Sims) to find faulty mod/cc yourself.
To help with all that, this thread contains a list of symptoms and possible culprits. Some mods show (almost) identical symptoms with every patch others show new symptoms with a specific patch. It's also advisable that if you do run into issue to leave the game without saving. This is also recommended if you don't use mods cause there are of course also new game bugs.

This is just how mods work and is no one's fault. Some mods are outdated with almost every patch, others hardly ever. With every patch/game update mods/cc become outdated or even obsolete.
